Do you support 360 reviews?

We’re working on it! For now we support self and manager reviews, but we’re working hard on adding peer and upward reviews to give you a 360-degree view of your people. And the best part, unlike some of our colleagues, we won’t charge you extra for it.

Do you support continuous feedback?

Is the pope Christian? Of course we do. While we let you decide how to run your performance process, we are strong believers of continuous feedback. Our employee performance management makes it easy to set goals and actions according to the OKR principle. Use it for your 1-on-1s and keep an open line of communication between managers and employees so you ensure that everyone stays on track.

Can we measure employee engagement with your tool?

Yes, while our main focus is making performance reviews effortless, you also get built-in pulse surveys. Oh, and almost forgot, we’re working on integrating eNPS surveys as well! Think of it as an easy way to keep a finger on the team’s mood without adding another tool to your stack.

How easy is it to get started?

Extremely. We are built for simplicity. You can go live in days, not months. On your own. However, if you do need help, we’ll be there for you.

Is our employee data safe?
