Access to our Services is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are outlined in your subscription plan and order form. All fees are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform;

• Introduce malware or other harmful code;

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided as part of the Services are owned by hejj.io or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as part of your subscription.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works unless explicitly permitted.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Availability and Support

We strive to maintain uptime and performance, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time, the Services may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues.

9. Termination

You may terminate your subscription according to the terms of your plan. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay your subscription fees.
Upon termination, your access will end and your data may be deleted after a retention period unless legally required otherwise.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, hejj.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kortrijk, Belgium.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
