1. Identity and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all offers, agreements, and services of Hejj.io BV

2. Service Description

Hejj.io provides a performance review SaaS tool. No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.

3. Term and Renewal

Contracts run for 12 months and automatically renew unless terminated at least 30 days before expiry via email or the app. Free 14-day trial.

4. Pricing & Payment

Essential Pack: €3/employee/year (excl. VAT). Payment by invoice (15 days) or online (Visa/MasterCard). Late payment: legal interest + forfaitary costs. Accounts may be suspended upon non-payment. Annual indexation applies.

5. Hosting & Support

Service is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Hejj.io strives for best efforts uptime, no guarantees. Support via in-app chat.

6. License & Restrictions

Non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Use subject to Acceptable Use Policy (Appendix 2).

7. Privacy & Data

Customer = Controller. Hejj.io = Processor. Data Processing Agreement in Appendix 1 applies.

8. Data Retention & Termination

Data export (JSON) available for 30 days after termination. After that, data will be irreversibly deleted.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights on software remain with Hejj.io. Customer retains ownership of data. Aggregated/anonymised data may be used by Hejj.io.

10. Liability

Liability limited to 6 months of fees. Excludes indirect damages. Carve-outs: intent, gross negligence, confidentiality/data breaches.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Belgian law. Competent courts of Kortrijk.
